-PRIVACY POLICY-

Kabat American Inc is committed to providing a secure online shopping environment while protecting your privacy.When you register as a customer on our website, we will ask you to provide only a few essential data elements that we need to set up your online account and process your orders. We don't collect or store credit card or other sensitive data on our customers, just name and address type information, plus the login information for the website. To the best of our knowledge, the contents of this website, including applications and specifications are correct.  We assume no liability for any errors in regard to those applications or specifications.

 

-WARRANTY-

Liability under warranty shall extend only to replacement or correction of products found to be defective upon examination by Kabat American, Inc. All products to be considered under this warranty must be returned to the warehouse for inspection.

This warranty does not extend to any products subject to misuse or damage by accident or negligence. The warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchant ability or suitability for any purpose.

No claims for consequential or incidental damages will be recognized, and no person, firm, or corporation is authorized to assume for Kabat American, Inc. any other obligation in connection with the sales of its product.

OEM , part numbers or names are used for identifications only. Parts are not original equipment replacement.

 

-BACK ORDERS-

Any items will be shipped at later date, unless canceled.

 

-SHORTAGES AND CLAIMS-

Please check shipments upon receipt and report any error at once. If a part of the shipment is missing or appears to be damaged, do not fail to note this fact on the carrier's receipt and make a claim immediately with the carrier. If there is a shortage or damage by our shipping department, contact us at once by phone or email. 

 

-RETURNS-

Customer can return new, unused, or defective merchandise within 30 days of receiving date. All merchandise to be returned must be in new condition (excluding warranty returns) and have proper authorization from Kabat American, Inc. Please call, or email with your reason for returning the item.
